Staying Safe at Mascoma Bank

As we all attempt to navigate our new reality and make accommodations to open up for more extensive face-to-face business operations, safety and the health of our community are still our top priorities. We’d like to share some of the measures we are taking and requests we are making here at Mascoma Bank to keep you and our team members healthy.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are required for all customers entering our branch lobbies. If you are uncomfortable or unable to wear a face covering we are happy to provide you banking services in our drive-ups. All Mascoma Bank team members will be wearing face coverings when working in public spaces with other team members, interacting with each other, or serving the public. If a team member is working solo behind a drive-up window they may not be wearing a face covering.

Physical Distancing

All our team members are actively practicing physical distancing and we ask that all customers maintain a distance of six feet from Mascoma Bank team members and other customers. The only exception to this is when there is a partition acting as a barrier between people, as this will provide everyone with added protection.

Please Help Us

We kindly request that every person entering the bank wear a face covering to help prevent the spread of disease and to protect both you and our team members. Please be aware that we may ask you remove your face covering temporarily for identification purposes.

Cleaning

We will be cleaning and disinfecting commonly used surfaces throughout the day and at the end of every day to maintain even higher levels of cleanliness than usual.

Thank you for your help in keeping our towns as healthy as possible! While this has been a challenging time, we are continually impressed with the ways the community has come together to look out for each individual’s well-being. We are proud to call this place home.
