Sarah Powell began her career in mortgage lending in 2005 and continues to focus on helping customers in the Sullivan County of New Hampshire and Windsor County of Vermont regions.
Her favorite part of the mortgage lending process is seeing the smiles on her clients’ faces when they are handed the keys to their new home at the closing. Sarah especially loves working with first-time homebuyers. She believes it’s crucial to be as informed as possible during your home-buying journey and works to ensure that happens.
Sarah is a member of the Greater Claremont Board of Realtors and Affiliates and of the Crown Point Board of Realtors and Affiliates, as well as serving on the Greater Claremont Board of Realtors Community Service Committee. She volunteers as a Team Leader with the Sullivan County 4-H group and is part of a wide variety of local school and community events during the year.
Sarah lives in Cornish, New Hampshire, with her husband and daughter.
