Bill Dunn serves as Vice President Commercial Loan Officer and works out of the Lebanon office. He joined Mascoma Bank as a branch manager of the Norwich office in 1999, and later assumed responsibility for the New London office as part of Mascoma’s expansion into that market.
There he managed the retail function and drove loan volume for both the consumer and commercial divisions.
Bill earned his degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1987 and began his banking career that same year at Chittenden Bank, where he progressed through the ranks of the retail banking division and gained his first exposure to commercial banking. In 1995, Bill became Vice President, Group Sales Manager for First NH Bank where managed the sales efforts of three of their local bank branches.
Bill is a former board member of the New London Lake Sunapee Region Chamber of Commerce, and The Friends of CHaD (Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth) and was most recently Chair for the Alliance for Visual Arts (AVA). He has also served as Co-Chair of AVA Gallery’s Capital Campaign as well as being the finish line voice for the annual CHaD Hero Half Marathon.
Bill has a long history of providing creative financing solutions to many New Hampshire and Vermont based nonprofit social service agencies.
