Ryan Bishop serves as Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Mascoma Community Development.
Ryan brings more than 20 years of commercial banking and real estate experience to his role at Mascoma Bank. His diversified experience in credit administration, asset quality and portfolio management, risk, lending, and commercial property sales and leasing gives him a unique perspective and approach as he leads the community lending team in originating and managing projects funded through various forms of tax credit financing, including New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
Ryan has served on various boards and committees, including past involvement as treasurer of the Portsmouth Rotary Club, on the Board of Directors for Leadership Seacoast, as treasurer for the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, and on the Commercial Credit Committee for the Massachusetts Bankers Association. Ryan currently serves on the board of the Housing Partnership in Portsmouth, NH, and is an ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking Capstone Advisor.
In his spare time, Ryan is an avid runner, cyclist, and musician. He and his family currently reside in southern Maine.
