As Chief Compliance and Operations Officer, Mandy oversees all regulatory compliance and operational functions for Mascoma Wealth Management, as well as the supervision of the administrative team.
Mandy began her career with Mascoma Bank in 2011, joining the Wealth Management and Private Banking teams in 2017. During her tenure, Mandy has earned FINRA series 65 securities registration, her Supervisor and Mentor Certifications from the American Bankers Association Center for Financial Training and Excellence, and is also a graduate of the Mascoma Leadership Development Program and Managing@Mascoma Program.
Outside of work, Mandy remains active in the community, volunteering her time to a variety of nonprofit organizations, including as a former board director, treasurer, and finance committee member for Revels North Inc. and on task force committees for the City of Lebanon. She lives in West Lebanon with her husband. As an avid fitness and nutrition enthusiast, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling as much as possible.
