Bill oversees Mascoma Bank’s Municipal Services Department. He joined Mascoma Bank in 1999. Bill is active in both nonprofits and civic work. He is a long-time Board Member and sits on both the Finance & Development Committees at the AVA Gallery and Art Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.  Additionally, Bill is the Chair of the Economic Development Commission for the City of Lebanon, New Hampshire. Bill is also a member of the City of Lebanon’s Arts & Culture Commission where he focuses on Civic Art.

Sheila began her banking career in 1984 and works to develop long term relationships with her Municipal partners. Sheila works with Cities, Towns and School Districts in both Vermont and New Hampshire structuring their deposit accounts to meet their individual needs and provide maximum benefit. She is involved with many local nonprofits and currently serves as Trustee on the Board of Gifford Medical Center. Sheila also serves on the Board of Safeline; an organization that works with victims of Domestic Violence. She serves on the Education Committee of the New Hampshire Government Finance Officer’s Association (NHGFOA).

Arlene has been an employee of Mascoma Bank since 2009. Working in Banking since 1983, she has the experience and skill set to create solutions for a variety of municipal financing needs.  Arlene volunteers on many school-related boards and is a reading mentor at the White River School in Hartford, Vermont. Arlene is the Chair of the Abbott Library Foundation in Sunapee, New Hampshire, and the Assistant Treasurer for Sullivan County, New Hampshire.

Beth has worked for Mascoma Bank since 2005. She began her banking career in 1981. As a seasoned Municipal Loan Officer, Beth has a large portfolio of customers in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Beth serves on the Education Committee of the New Hampshire Government Finance Officer’s Association (NHGFOA). Additionally, she serves the community as a reading mentor for Everybody Wins Vermont and as a Junior Achievement volunteer.

Patty joined Mascoma Bank in 2016 as Vice President and Senior Investment Officer of Mascoma Community Development, where she specialized in tax credit lending with a focus on severely distressed communities.  In 2020, she joined the Bank’s Municipal Services Department. Patty sits on the Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer for The Family Place in Norwich, Vermont. She also serves on the Finance & Advocacy Committees.

Jake began his career in banking in 2013 and joined Mascoma Bank in 2017 in the Cash Management department. In 2021, Jake brought his Cash Management experience to the Business & Municipal Service Department, where he continues to assist business and municipal customers across Vermont and New Hampshire. Jake also donates his time to the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce and Claremont-Sugar River Rotary Club.
