To activate and PIN your debit card call 800-290-7893.
For Consumer cards you will need to enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, your zip code, and the CVV (3-digit) number on the back of the card.
For Business cards you should call from the phone number that you have associated with your business and on file with Mascoma Bank. You may need to enter your business’s zip code and the CCC (3-digit) number on the back of the card.
If you currently have automated payments using the debit card and if this is a new card number, please make the necessary changes with your merchant noting this new/replacement card number and expiration date.
