Flossy has been originating loans for Mascoma Bank since 1980. You could say she knows her stuff!
“I’ve been originating loans for Mascoma Bank since 1980, and here in Enfield since 1995,” says Flossy Courtemanche, one of Mascoma Bank’s longest serving employees.
Flossy is a longtime resident of the Mascoma area, who serves on the events committee for the Enfield Village Association, helps with the annual Hometown Holidays, and is a member of the Mascoma Enfield Lioness Club. “I believe it’s important to take care of the communities in which we live,” she says.
“When you work with a lender from some other place they simply don’t have the same level of knowledge, and they often struggle to understand the ins and outs of this area” says Richard Kozlowski, Vice President, Residential Mortgage Lending Manager. “With Flossy, when someone comes in wanting to buying a house near Enfield, it feels like all they have to do is tell her the address and she already knows the color of the home and how much it will cost to plow the driveway.”
While Flossy can help with all aspects of borrowing, one part of her work is especially close to her heart, “Helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams of homeownership is one of my favorite things about my job!”
