Ira J. Camp joined the Mascoma Bank lending team in 2022 to serve southern Maine. He has been a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer since 2004.
Ira feels the most important part of his job is finding the most suitable program to meet each customer’s needs and guiding them through the loan process so they know what to expect and they feel at ease. For Ira, the greatest possible compliment is a referral or a return customer.
Ira is active in his seaside community and served on the tri-town (Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and Arundel) RSU 21 School Board for six years, chairing the finance committee for the last three of those years. He and his family are currently hosting an exchange student. Ira and his wife offer their support to many charitable events throughout the year.
Ira enjoys spending time with friends and family on the lake in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and watching plenty of football in the fall.
