COVID-19 Operations Update

In response to the ongoing public health situation, and in an effort to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, our branch lobbies are closed, but all drive-up locations of Mascoma Bank are open as of Wednesday, March 25. Customers will be able to handle most transactions at the drive-up. However, if you have a transaction or banking need that can’t be handled in this manner and for branches without drive-ups, bankers are available by appointment for personal meetings through online video or by phone. Internet banking and our mobile app remain available for your financial needs 24/7. If you need help setting up digital access, please call us and we will help.

Mascoma Bank is acting in accordance with recommendations from the State of Vermont, the State of New Hampshire, the CDC and other authorities regarding social distancing by reducing as many points of contact as possible while still providing you with the services you need to manage your finances.
