How to Enroll for Mobile Banking
You need to be a Mascoma Savings Bank NetTeller On-line Banking customer to use Mobile Banking.
Check with your service provider for details on specific fees, charges and availability. You may be charged access rates depending upon your carrier and your phone plan.
Secure Web access is needed to use mobile banking. Secure text messages are also sent by Mobile Banking, standard text rates would apply.
How to Enroll for Mobile Banking
* Log in to NetTeller
* Select the Options Tab
* Select the Mobile Settings
* Check the box to Activate Mobile Banking Access
* Select the accounts to access, you can select from one to all of your accounts listed. (This can be changed at anytime.)
* Enter your Mobile Phone Number
* Select your Wireless Provider
* Review the Mobile Banking Agreement and Click “I AGREE”
* System will update and show your selections
Logging onto Mobile Banking
* Launch the internet browser on your phone and either enter our Mobile Banking web address (https://www.airteller.com/mascomabank)
or use the link provided in the enrollment message. You can bookmark this website.
* Enter your NetTeller ID and select Submit (You must click or select Submit. Pressing Enter or Go can create an error message and/or return you to the log-in screen in error)
* Enter your NetTeller PIN and select submit
**Verify that your security watermark is correct
