Save Time With Our New Online Mortgage Center

Committing to a mortgage is a big step and one that differs with each personal situation. Because of this, when you apply for a mortgage, you always want to work with someone you trust. You will need to provide your loan officer with a good deal of financial information to get the ball rolling.

At Mascoma Savings Bank, we recently launched a new online Mortgage Center to make the process easier and more personal. The Mortgage Center enables you to enter the initial personal and financial information needed for your loan from the comfort and convenience of your home.

You are welcome to complete this process with a Mortgage Officer  in person, but if you want to save time, we urge you to use the Mortgage Center. You will not be sacrificing personal contact. Through the Mortgage Center, you have the ability to request that any of our Mortgage Officers work as your personal loan officer.

Once we receive the application that you completed online, we can hit the ground running. With your financial data already at my fingertips, we can focus on your needs.

The Mortgage Center can guide you through any of the following processes:

Purchase: You’re purchasing a home and have an accepted contract with a seller.
Pre-approval: You’re shopping for a home and don’t have an accepted contract with a seller.
Refinance Existing Balance: You’d like to refinance the existing mortgage balance on your home.
Refinance to Obtain Cash: You’d like to refinance your home and obtain cash at closing.
Construction: You’re looking for construction financing to build a new home.
Home Equity: You’d like to obtain an additional loan or line of credit on the home you already own.

At Mascoma Savings Bank, we use leading-edge technology to ensure that all user information is safe. We protect our web site users by using security and encryption measures that are among the best in the industry. And of course, please call if you have any questions before you get started using the Mortgage Center or during the process.
