Mascoma Savings Bank established the Mascoma Savings Bank Foundation and funded it with $1,000,000 in 1988 for the purpose of giving back an "ongoing dividend," in the form of grants, to the communities responsible for the Bank's prosperity.

As of April 2, 2007 the Foundation has granted $1,853,707 to local non-profit organizations.

Local not-for-profit organizations are eligible for the grants. Application deadlines are April 1 and October 1. Final decisions are announced approximately 10 weeks after each deadline.

CONTRIBUTIONS

Individuals wishing to make contributions to the Foundation may do so by mailing a check made payable to the Mascoma Savings Bank Foundation, 67 North Park Street, Lebanon, NH 03766.
